Alarming Battery Health

My iPhones 13mini battery health has dropped from 100 to 91 in 40days. I have been using my phone for six months and take good care of the battery. I charge regularly, never drain out the battery, keep location services closes, use my phone on wifi mostly.

i have no clue why this is happening and would like some advice on the issue :(((((((
