One gmail account will not load in Outlook on Iphone 13 pro or ipad

one of my four Gmail accounts will not load on iPhone 13 pro or iPad. I have deleted the account from Outlook, then added it back in to no avail. I even deleted Outlook and added it back and added back in my accounts. But my one Gmail account still will not load while the other three do. It does load on my windows desktop and laptop.
