I purchased; can’t find where the purchased tones are

Where are all my purchased tones? I’ve bought multiple ringtones/alert tones over the past few years but suddenly they’re no longer showing up as options under settings, even when I opt to “download purchased tones.” Selecting that option under the Sounds/Haptics settings opens the iTunes store, but when I navigate to the Purchased tab, the only options are Music, Movies, and TV Shows…When I go back and click on Tones, it just takes me to the Tones store so I’m going in circles. I even tried buying a tone I’d previously paid for just to get it back, and STILL nothing shows up; so I can’t keep wasting money trying to get these back, as inexpensive as they are. I’m guessing it may be related to iOS 17 but am not certain…how do I get my purchased tones back?

Newly purchased text tones not available Since all my old text tones disappeared with iOS 17, I just repurchased (9-25-23) several from the iTunes Store. When I look at my purchases I can see that I was charged for them. When I go to Sounds and Haptics, however, I click on download purchased tones, and nothing happens. It says there are none.

When I hit download my purchases , my purchased tones do not appear as an option I have bought 4 different tones to use as text tones. How do u get them to appear as an option ? I tried hitting the download my purchased tones but nothing happens.
