Where are my purchased tones?

I have purchased 3 tones from Tone store. I did it from within clock/alarm app. I can’t find them in my purchased ringtones. I have gone to settings/sounds/ringtones, download purchased ringtones, etc…nothing - my bank knows I purchased these 3 tones (they show up on my bank statement). How do I track them down?

OMG do I feel stupid. Finally got on a support call - the tones I purchased are Text tones not ringtones. How the heck was I supposed to know that? I get that the Tone store IS the iTunes Store, but none of this is intuitively obvious.

Thank you for your replies and patience. You can see why my handle includes the word Luddite.

Purchasing Tones through the Clock app is the same as purchasing it from the iTunes Store.

The Clock app redirects you to the iTunes Store.

Have you already clicked "Download All Purchased Tones"?

I assume you're using the same Apple ID?


When you purchase a Tone through the iTunes Store, you receive an invoice from Apple.

Did you also receive an invoice from Apple?

If so, click the "Report a Problem" link.
