My MacBook keyboard is not responding. The trackpad does respond
My MacBook keyboard is not responding, the trackpad does respond.
I have restarted but that doesn’t help.

To learn more about what you're experiencing, we'd just like to ask you a few questions to get started:
Do you happen to use an external Bluetooth keyboard with your MacBook? If so, let's disable it for now to see if that helps.
We should also check to see if "Mouse Keys" are enabled. Here's how: Change Alternate Control Methods preferences for accessibility on Mac
