I want to renew Apple Care of my iPhone 12 Pro Max

One last time:

Your AppleCare was able to be renewed (if you are in an eligible country) up to 30 days after the current coverage expired. You have passed that date. You may no longer acquire AppleCare for this device.

So what I have to do to make it renew AppleCare ?

If you need a second answer. There is nothing you have to do. You missed the deadline to renew your coverage and there is no way you can renew it now. No way, at all.

See this article.

Extend your AppleCare+ coverage - Apple Support

Do you meet all the requirements listed in the article, including residing in one of the listed countries, as well as have an appropriate expiration date?

If so, what happens when you try?

It’s expired from 4 months ago

It’s too late! As the article states, you must purchase the renewal within 30 days of expiration.

Correct - you cannot renew. It’s too late.
