my old phone broke and when i ordered a new one and transferred the sim card it doesn't have data.

The sim card is not a storage device and does not store any data. You are going to need to restore a backup using iTunes or iCloud.

What do you mean that it is not transferring anything? What are you trying to do? Any error message?
Like my cell service I just got a new phone but it was a rush because I completely broke my phone. When I transferred the SIM card there is not lte and I can’t make calls.
