How do I setup notifications to receive an alert when I receive e m ail from “one” contact?

Add the email of the "one" contact to VIP list in an iPhone, open the email and tap the sender's name in the from field. Then, tap "Add to VIP." Read the section "How to use the VIP mailbox" --> Use mailboxes to organize email on your iPhone or iPad
Change VIP alerts
- Open Mail.
- Tap the Info button
next to VIP. - Tap VIP Alerts.
- Then select the alerts you want to set.
