App keeps telling me to turn off restrictions on my iPhone SE

Are screen time restrictions on? Go to settings>screen time>content and privacy restrictions and see if those are on, you might want to turn those off

What country are you in? Apple News is only available in Australia, Canada, the UK, and the US. Has Apple News ever worked for you before?

If you are in one of those countries, try this. Go to Settings>General>Language & Region>Region and, regardless of what it says it is currently, go in and re-select your region.

Did you do as I suggested and re-select the U.S.? I know it says that's what it's already set to but it can still sometimes get confused.

I had the exact same problem with News a while back. It wasn't until I tried to add a card to Wallet and it wouldn't let me that I tried resetting my region (even though it said it was right) that both started to work again.

What is the name of the app? A screenshot of the error message would also be helpful.
