How do I resolve app restrictions on my iPhone 13?

3 certain apps are blocked on my phone, Roblox Sweatcoin and Fetch. There are absolutely no settings blocking these apps. Screen Time is on however, i checked everywhere but i saw nothing restricting them. Any help is appreciated

Are you on a Family Sharing plan? If so it is the Organizer of the plan that has placed the Restrictions on your account. There will be nothing on your device to change.
