Apps restricted and won’t work (Robinhood, ReceiptHog) after IOS 26.1

installed IOS 26.1 and now several apps (Robinhood, ReceiptHog) wont work and show message: The app cant be downloaded because content restrictions are enabled on your device. In Settings/ScreenTime, all restrictions were disabled and still won’t work. Thanks!

Turn Screen Time ON temporarily, enable Content & Privacy Restrictions, set Content Restrictions → Apps → Allow All Apps, and restart your iPhone. After that, the apps should install and open normally.
