New icon near the clock “focus”

what is meaning of that? Do I have something from that icon any benefits? How can I remove that

Do you have Focus profile active?

If Focus is ON, swipe down the control centre and turn Off focus

See -> Turn on or schedule a Focus on iPhone

Turn on or schedule a Focus on iPhone - Apple Support (ZA)
