Don't know what the green circled icon is, and I can't delete or click it.

looks like a print/scanner device, if you installed some third party software for such as device like from hp or brother or canon or the likes then it's likely that
if you want it gone you can uninstall the printer software or left or right click on the icon and see if you are presented with a context menu to close/quite it
or go into system pref and choose users and remove it from auto launching when the computer starts up
though if you get rid of it your printer/scanner may not work or lose features

Sometimes apps may have a toggle option for displaying an icon on the menu bar. All depends on whether there is an actual third party printer/scanner app in the Applications folder which will control or manage the printer. I haven't used any third party printer or scanner software in a long time so I don't recall what they may have offered or how they behaved.
Edit: Have you tried clicking on that icon to see what options it may have available on the menu bar? Sometimes they may include a "remove from menu bar" item. It may even tell you the name of the software.
