Hi, I want to request a refund, but the payment doesn’t show on the Apple website to be select and request for the refund.
I just upgraded my subscription to Apple one which includes the Itunes music and since I just pay for the iTunes music app by itself for this month on the 2 of July, want that money back if possible. I’m not sure how to do it or how to communicate with someone, because I have like an hour trying to get to someone who can help me since the payment doesn’t show on the Apple website. Because of that, It cannot be selected for a refund. I have pictures of my bank account and the receipt from Apple on my email for this payment to show prove. Now sure if it takes that long for Apple to update its website? Hmm
