8% Battery Life Remains: Does this mean, Needs a Charge, or Needs a new battery?

I found the answer, I looked at the manual and found how to check battery health and that was 86%. So the battery was ok. There was a message that came up on the watch that I had never seen before it meant essentially that it needed charging.
