My iphone can't find a wifi network that my macbook pro can find. Entering the name of the network is not allowing my to press "join". I have tried restarting the phone and turning the wifi off and back on. Nothing is working. What am I doing wrong?

reset network settings on your phone

Not a battery issue here.

Have you tried powering off the Wi-Fi router, waiting a few minutes, then powering back on?

Have you tried changing the name of the Wi-Fi network on the router to see if the phone can connect to a new network?

I am traveling and cannot connect to the hotel WIFI.

Power off the iPhone.

Go down the lobby area

Power up the iPhone

Does the iPhone see the guest Wi-Fi network there?

Well, there is a tiny Wi-Fi antenna in the iPhone. A larger device will have a larger antenna.

jahde ~ 87% is good and well above Apple's 80% suggested level for replacing the battery. For iPhone 11 models, you can check if the battery or display has been replaced. Go to Settings > General > About

...and see if there's anything about the battery.
