iCloud+

Somebody tell me how could i stop apple from telling me again and again to purchase icloud+ and pay them every month. I, like a hundred times told them that i dont need it, i dont care about syncing my data, just dont send me that annoying notification through settings again and again. First when i rejected that it disappeared but now it stays there no matter what you do with it. And there is a big annoying RED dot on the top of settings app stating (1). Plz apple, i simply dont want your so called iCloud+, dont send notification to me plz. Somebody help.
