iPhone disabled due to forgotten password. Won’t connect to iTunes even though I had an account

Unfortunately, if you have forgotten the password, the only option you have is to erase the phone and set it up again.

If you have a backup of the phone, you can use the backup to restore the data on the phone during the new setup.
