I can't connect my devices to iTunes by WiFi on PC

Hello, I can not connect my iPhone/iPad by WiFi, do not know the reason, do not change nothing on my devices, the sync by WiFi is activated but since I updated to iOS 16.1/iPadOS 16.1 seems like that sync option is not activated or is a bug.


Hope someone could help me with this,

I suggest that on each of the devices you select your Wi-Fi's router and use the Forget This Network option. Then re-connect to the same network. You will need your Wi-Fi's password:


  • In Settings/Wi-FI, tap the i icon:


  • In there, tap Forget This Network
  • Next, select that same network from the CHOOSE A NETWORK list (the heading wording may be different, such as NETWORK, see the screenshot)
  • Enter the network's password
