Unable to fetch existing credential due to error -25291

I have next problem with setting my new Mac Studio -

unable to fetch existing credential due to error -25291 Requested By: accountsd

I am connecting the mac directly to my unmanaged switch via a ethernet category 7 cable. The switch is then connected to the broadband router.

I can see via the led on the switch that the connection to the Mac is established at 2.5G.

Also I have multiple computers connected to that switch so I know it can see internet.

All proxy and firewall have been disabled.

What is problem ?

Mac Studio, macOS 13.4

Your local account database may be corrupted. It has nothing to do with your internet connection.

Run Disk Utility and repair your disk, set view to "show all Volumes" and re[ir every part of your drive. You will likely have to run this from recovery.

if no joy, try creating new user, and see if the act of modifying accounts cause the accounts daemon to fix its internal problems.

¿what is the date of your most recent backup, and by what method?
