iCloud - Your network provider may change for SMS messages used to activate iCloud

I’m using iPhone 14pro max. Can someone tell me how to “Close” this “iCloud - Your network provider may change for SMS messages used to activate iCloud “ it’s quite annoying and disturbing me when I’m using map!

The notification is supposed to close by clicking the “Cancel” or “OK” part.

Cancel will not send out the SMS text message, and OK will send that.

Some mobile service providers may bill for receiving text messages (possibly when above a certain limit of included number of messages with your plan).
