Automatically switches to ultra wide lens even when [Macro control] setting is off

Hi guys,

I am encountering an issue with camera on my phone

• Model: Iphone 13 Pro
• Ios: 16.5.1

Here is the issue

I opened camera mode in x3 mode, then tilt the phone. It automatically switched to ultra wide lens for taking photos (and the quality of images ended up badly).

I tried the same steps on other 13 pro products, all of them remained telephony lens, and the quality of image is good.

Here is what I tried to do (for checking the issue)

• Turned off [Macro control]
• Reset all settings
• Replaced camera

But the camera is not working properly.

Can anyone advise?
