Just purchased music but can't access it

I just purchased two songs from iTunes on my MacBook. They show up in my library, but greyed out and with an exclamation point beside them. I cannot play them or download them. How can I access this music I just purchased?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.7

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
