Most such speakers hook up via Bluetooth.

Look at the Logitech support website on how to enable the bluetooth discovery mode of the speakers.

If all it has are RCA cables, most Mac Minis have an RCA minijack with a headphone icon on back. If the speakers offer RCA connection, get RCA cables that hook up the speakers to the Mac via the headphone port. Keep in mind, unless the speakers support 5.1 audio with mini-Toslink audio, they are line level audio, and need amplication for better sound on standard stereo speakers.
