Hello Jin2014,

Are you experiencing this with multiple Wi-Fi connections or just a particular one? Testing that out can help to rule out the current one.

Ensuring the device is updated to the latest iOS version can also help to ensure that the latest improvements have been applied: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

If it affects multiple networks and updating hasn't helped, you may explore resetting the network settings:

If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before. Be sure to note down any needed Wi-Fi passwords ahead of time.

Cheers.
