“iphone unavailable”

I had broken the screen on my iPhone SE 2020 about two months ago have not been able to unlock phone since. Had the screen replaced iPhone says try again in eight hours… it’s been 2hrs and it still says 8 hrs. Date and time are also incorrect on the phone screen. What can I do??
