My screen got cracked and so it would turn the screen on by itself and start pushing buttons and stuff and it did that on my lock screen to where it locked me out completely for putting in my password wrong too many times

Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop for the screen replacement. They can reset your phone as well.
