i want to change the country of my App Store because i moved from france to Germany but i can’t change it since i have 0.05€ even i can’t add my credit card in the French store since it’s a german card.
i bought an appel card from my new location in germany but i can’t use since my store still French.
so please i want to remove this 0.05€

If you want to clear your Apple Account balance, it is depending on the amount:

When you contact Apple, include the following information:
• Your Apple ID.
• The refund amount.
• Your current delivery address.
