New Apple Watch will not turn on

We understand that you're trying to power on a new Apple Watch but are not having any success. It's best to start troubleshooting this using the actions provided in If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support.

1. Make sure the film has been removed from your watch and charger.
2. Connect your watch to its charger and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes.
3. Disconnect the watch from the charger and try once more to power it on using the actions here: Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support
