Yeah, that’s one of the common scams lately.
Somewhere along the path, you were offered notifications from some website or such, and (unfortunately) accepted them.
To remove that:
Stop unwanted Notifications - Apple Community
Whatever you do, don't follow the instructions. It's a scam. I'm going to ask you be moved to the iPhone community.
