Ok so I don’t really know how to explain but today when I went on Apple Music I guess I just decided to create an account not knowing what was going to happen I’m not subscribed to Apple Music either so anyway. when I created an account on Apple Music I didn’t know it was going to delete everything off all my playlist so I decided to try an delete the account but I can’t delete it I’ve tried to research how but there is nothing.

We'll be glad to assist. Apple Music uses your Apple ID, so you generally wouldn't be able to delete that unless you wanted to delete your entire Apple ID. You can cancel a subscription as outlined in How to cancel Apple Music - Apple Support.
Are you referring to accessing your locally stored music? If so, you can view your albums, playlists and more by following the steps in View albums, playlists, and more in Music on iPhone - Apple Support
