Paramount + (bought through Apple bundle) won't play content (location not available)

Every time I try to play something from Paramount+ I get the message, "This video isn't available to watch in the country or region you're in." But I am in the United States. I am paying for Paramount+ through Apple so it is only available through the AppleTV app. I cannot sign into the Paramount+ app I've downloaded because I don't have login credentials to access it directly.

Resolved (sort of)


Paramount customer service directed me to sign in to the page: https://paramountplus.com/apple using my Apple account. That got me to create an account on their system that I was able to use to sign in to the standalone Paramount + app. Using that app I can stream media again.

I just can’t start shows from the Apple TV app in the up next section. That is a little bit of a disappointment.
