How can I remove the card on my iCloud

Settings > [your name] > Payment & Shipping > [the specific card] > Remove Card

Of course, presumably you have a valid card already in place. If not, add it first.

You have to have, at least, one valid payment method associated with your Apple ID. If you don't you will need to add one before you can delete one.
