Why did Apple TV choose to show MLS scores as a default?

Let’s face it. Many homes have more than one TV, and often they update their software, going back to defaults. Who wants to turn on their TV to watch a recorded game and know the score beforehand??? C’mon Apple - this is common sense. Make it default NOT to show scores, and an option to show them.
