CarPlay does not give verbal directions from Maps

When you have Maps open in CarPlay, have you tried to turn the volume up using your volume controls on your Steering wheel? Also, some car systems have CarPlay controls built into the settings menu in the car. For example, my 2023 Genesis GV70 has specific settings built into the Settings Menu in the car for CarPlay volumes.

As long as things are working right, that's good. But what App did you have to delete? Maps? CarPlay itself, is not an App.
