Hi.
I try to share a contact using Whatsapp, I select contact Sharing, I select WhatsApp, and the app doesn’t open !
I checked the settings, I deleted WhatsApp and reinstalled it, I reset the Privicy & Location..,,
nothing works.
It worked before on this iPhone… it’s a new issue !
Can you please help?

You can share the contact information of one or more contacts within an individual or group chat.
To share a contact:
1. Open the WhatsApp chat with the contact you’d like to share.
2. Tap the Paperclip icon on Android or the Attach icon on iPhone > Contact.
3. Select the contacts you’d like to share.

Have you contacted WhatApp support yet? Have you verified that you are using the latest version of their app that is compatible with the version of iOS that is running on your iPhone?
What have you tried, so far yourself, to resolve this so that we don't offer potential solutions which may not have already worked for you?
I did not contact WhatsApp support yet.
I checked IOS update 16.5.1, WhatsApp update, Contacts update.
Deleted WhatsApp and reinstalled back.
Reset of Location And privacy
In settings Privacy and Security, I allowed WhatsApp access to Contacts
Allowed access to all photos to WhatsApp
Shut down iPhones in the settings
It works on the WhatsApp side … doesn’t work anymore on the Apple App Contacts
Hi I can’t share in my status no any photos and videos and any link. Say it’s primary
WhatsApp hanging and CONTACT cannot be share using WhatsApp
