Apple TV and YouTube TV

YouTube TV has most of the cable channels my elderly dementia Mom is used to. She can not handle all the menus and can not see the print on the Apple TV menu. I am looking for a way to either have Siri from the remote take her to the YouTube tv shows rather than the pay for channels. For instance play Blue Bloods brings up one show costing $3 rather than going to the YouTube tv and playing it for free from the streaming tv.

is there a way to set it up to always open the YouTube tv app to the YouTube library shows?

For the functionality within the YouTube TV app, please contact the app developers or their support forums.

The show ‘Blue Bloods’ through the TV provider (e.g. YouTube TV) would be on the CBS channel (3 seasons out of 13). Not sure how else you would get it included with your plan.

The buy editions would available through various resellers, including the iTunes Store and YouTube (all seasons).

The subscription edition would be available through Paramount+ (all seasons).
