APPS and ODCS storage use is wildly more than it should be
Total APPS add up to less than 10GB. report says 137GB
DOCs should be about 2 GB bit shows 60GB
tried suggested solutions to no avail

From the Terminal .app you can see itemized File size— list the items in the home folder with the sizes, including invisible items, copy & paste:
sudo ** -h -d 1 ~/
or
Try something like OmniDiskSweeper for a GUI to get a good look at itemized file size and location:
