What to do before you change your country or region


Ok, so please let me know how do you sync a iCloud+ storage plan and my Apple Music yearly music plan that has 6 months to go. They fall due on different days of the month

This article describes how to change your country setting and the requirements and results of doing this:

Read how to "Change your Apple ID country or region" click here --> Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support


Click on the link to learn how to cancel a subscription from Apple. --> If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date. To have it end before that date you need to contact Apple and explain you need it to end immediately.


Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

The service will be interrupted because the services are two difference store countries. Your Apple Music playlists will be lost and you should download all purchases since there is no guarantee they will be available from the new country's store. Read the support article for details regarding what happens when you change country. Personally I would also make backup copies of everything in iCloud too since in theory it too is lost.


"Redownload your apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books on any devices that you might use to play or read them in the future. Some types of content might not be available in your new country or region. (Learn what types of content and services are available in your new country or region. - Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support )"


In the legal documents: Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple you will find, "When your Paid Subscription to any Service ends, you will lose access to any functionality or Content of that Service that requires a Paid Subscription."
