What is the meaning of this symbol?
I noticed this symbol on the right top corner of my Ipad. I tried removing it but couldn’t figure out how.

Mac menus and keyboards often use symbols for certain keys, including modifier keys: Command (or Cmd) ⌘. It's floating on your screen because you've turned on Sticky Keys.
Go to
Settings/General/Accessibility/Keyboard/Sticky Keys
Select Sticky Keys Off.
That should fix this!
