You can do a lot of your Apple Watch setup via the iPhone-> Watch app
Your iPhone can be configured with larger text via iPhone-> Settings-> Accessibility, and of course if you have an iPhone Max, you already have a larger screen.

To me, this means that even (sometimes the best interface builder) Apple is too carried away with improvements that only complicate life: tons of options to push with microscopic interfaces. After 50, this creates problems for me, but what can I say about my 70-year-old mother.
No this is not possible, apple watch only works with iPhone
Again, you can do most of this from your iPhone.
