iPhone Health App

Every so often when try to enter an exercise not included in the Health App and I enter "Workouts" in the browser, nothing comes up (The Health App says it can't find "workouts".) It doesn't happen often, but it's annoying. Is this something going on at Apple's end? Restarting the phone doesn't seem to help, and previous instructions in this venue tell me to do things that don't match what is available on my app, e.g. there is no "workouts" choice under "activities."

Yes, I mean the icon at the bottom right with the four squares that says "Browse" underneath. Tap on that. The top category under "Health Categories" is "Activity". Tap on that. Swipe down until you find "Workouts".

I don't know why searching for "Workouts" doesn't work but I can confirm the same problem.
