This is Facebook after the patch update 13.4.1.a of today on MacOs:
Browser not supported, you are using a browser not supported from Facebook, so we redirected you to a simpler version to offer you the best experience.... what happened? Only to me?

The update was pulled. Article on MacRumors.
You can remove it in the meantime. I did and all is well again.
Go to Settings->About and click the i next to the OS version. You’ll see an option to remove the update.
Im sure a fixed update will be available soon.
Same. I get that message in Safari after the 13.4.1 (a) update.
Also to other users, saw in a group.
I got the same message too. Can open in Chrome.
Same here, as of today and after the security update.
same here .. Facebook was actually down for a while and I couldn't get on on any device and then once I did the update I got the same message saying that safari is now unsupported
good luck trying to get Facebook to help you with anything… I know Facebook hates Apple so I'm wondering if this is a retaliation on Apple to no longer support Safari

This worked for me
After removing the update, Facebook works but Whatsapp web doesn't work anymore... absurd
However I would not remove a security patch to make facebook work, let them adapt!
At most in the meantime use an alternative browser just for Facebook.
Apple retired the update, we can uninstall it safely.
Look at this, it is very useful and it still works, and you have notifications
I had the same idea, but if apple removed it, there is obviously some problem on their side too
