Why do i have undeletable garbled passwords on my ipad?

I noticed this awhile ago but I have no idea how to fix. I’ve got a crapload of saved “passwords” for numerous websites that are nothing but strings of garbled numbers and letters. I have no idea where they came from or how to get rid of them. All attempts to delete have failed. Even deleting the REAL saved passwords didn’t help. They all just come right back. I even did a factory reset on the iPad (mini 6) and they’re still there when I try to log in to anything.

I discovered this is also affecting my iPhone (13 mini), so I figured maybe some glitch or virus got me, but I checked my MacBook and they haven’t shown up there so far. Everything looks normal. I usually browse on Firefox or Safari

Any ideas how to fix this?

When I go to log into an account, I use the touchID to bring up the correct saved password, only it comes up with the garbled string of nonsense that I never saved instead of the password I DID save. And when I go into settings to the passwords section, there are literally dozens of these “passwords” on nearly all of my saved accounts. I don’t know how they got there and I can’t for the life of me get rid of them. They just pop right back up. My real passwords are still there. They’re just buried under all the fakes.

It’s the same thing on my phone. A bunch of junk I can’t delete. This is a sample of what they look like .

But my MacBook looks normal when I check it out. I don’t use the computer that often, though, since the iPad is handier to carry with me. So I’m wondering if it’s some sort of a virus or something causing it.
