How do you move IMAP email from the iPhone to MAC?

If the protocol used is IMAP, then you shouldn't have to do anything. The mailboxes on each device should stay in sync. If you set up the mailbox using POP3, you'll need to forward the email to yourself and open it on the macOS device.
