How do I download a movie onto my Iphone

You would need an App that can access your NAS such as Plex or VLC.
The App can then download the movie from the NAS into itself on the iPhone.

Download from where?
For purchased or rented movies from the iTunes Store tap on the cloud icon to download it.
For movies from somewhere else, please tell us from where exactly.
Apple TV have only us movie and I do not want to pay for it. I have rip of my DVD in NAS so I want to download my move to phone number charge
From my NAS I have 8Tb of movie and music
What do you mean you don't want to pay for it and you want to rip onto your DVD? Any movie you can get from Apple will have DRM (digital rights management), which will not let you copy it to a DVD.
