How do I remove low data mode from my I-pad?

I would like to remove the low data mode from my I-pad. 7 ?

Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options …

If you’re referring to Wi-Fi Low Data Mode, that’s at Settings > Wi-Fi > [your network] > [the circled “I” on the right].
