I can't unlock my phone because it is asking for the ID and password that I set it up with when I put "find my phone" on it. can you help?

how can i get in my phone if I forgot my ID i used when i set up " fine my phone"

`Are you the original owner of the iPhone? If so and you have valid proof of purchase information you can start an Activation Lock support request.
