I can’t activate my MacBook after updating OS

I updated the operating system on a Macbook and it requires not my app ID during activation but probably the first owner's and I cannot activate it. they asked me for a confirmation of purchase at Apple Stope, but I bought it at home in Ukraine and when I moved, I did not take any confirmation of purchase with me

Apple sets that policy and it's up to the current owner to provide what Apple asks for.

All you can do is contact the original owner and get that person to resupply what you need if he can, or try and find the documents you left behind..

You might appeal at an Apple Store, but I wouldn't be too optimistic about a resolution.
