The Mac is linked with different Apple ID

I have purchased the Macbook air catalina from the online market place. I used it firstly without any disturbances . But after that macbook needs activation unlock where my apple id is not working .It has given me the message that i have to used previous apple id and password to unlock the activation. But I can not communicate with the sellers now . He is now out of my communication channels. Please support me to activate mac .

The machine was not properly prepared for sale by the original owner.

Unfortunately, there is no way past the activation lock. It’s entirely possible the machine you purchased was stolen.

If the marketplace you purchased it through offers some kind of buyer protection, file a claim with them and try to get your money back.

As it stands, you now own a boat anchor. Apple can’t help you.
